All online panel data is from double opt in, quality assured panels globally. Thorough checks are built into the technology platform to continually validate and clean the data throughout the fieldwork period. Our telephone data collection meets Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) and ISO standards and all calls are recorded and all interviewers monitored on every project. Our face to face teams know that only validated data is accepted. Interviewers are monitored in field.
